The Palmyra Community Library offers two exercise classes throughout the week. Every Wednesday at 5pm Kristi Jung leads a chair exercise class on the third floor. Chair exercise is a good opportunity to improve your balance, muscle tone and stamina in a fun and supportive environment. Kristi will lead you through a series of strength training and cardiovascular activities all while using a chair for support or sitting! There will be upbeat music, too!
Hand weights and stretchy bands will be provided by the library. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
$5 suggested donation per class.
