Trustee Workshop: Patron Privacy and Access Policies Online

Starting this year, Member Library Boards will be asked to adopt the Systems Access and Confidentiality of Library Records Policy annually. This workshop will discuss what this policy is, why it is essential, and how boards can prepare themselves to protect patron data from cybersecurity threats and mistreatment of patron data. 

This workshop will be hybrid via Zoom and the OWWL Library System Headquarters. Please indicate on your registration form if you will attend in-person or virtually. 

This workshop will count for one hour of Trustee Education.
