Glowforge Stencils & Fabric Painting
Come to the library to learn how to cut out simple stencils using our Glowforge machine and heavy cardstock paper on Saturday, July 6th, and then come back the following Saturday, July 13th, to use the stencils to paint the design on an item of material (clothes, canvas sneakers, pillow case, etc.). A limited number of items will be available for people to stencil, but please bring your own T-shirt, pillowcase, shoes, canvas bag or anything else made of fabric that you would like to stencil. We will talk more about this at the first meeting on the 6th. This program is limited in number because of the time it takes to work with the Glowforge. If there is more interest, we can offer the program again at a later date. This program is for all ages, but adult assistance will be helpful for younger participants.
