DIY Worry Dolls for Teens/Tweens
Worry dolls originated in Guatemala and were created to keep anxiety away. Store your worry doll under your pillow when you are stressed or anxious and sleep well knowing that the next morning the doll will hold onto all your worries.
Come learn more aboout the history of worry dolls and create your own to take home!
Recommended for ages 9+
Can't make it to Wednesday Programs? No Problem. Stop in any time after school from Thursday to Tuesday to drop in and create the weekly craft in the Teen Space.
