Chair Yoga
All are welcome. A certified member of the Yoga Alliance, Sarah Dewitt's gentle introduction to yoga and meditation is inclusive, adaptive, and community driven. Each class starts with a quiet moment of guided contemplation, breathwork (pranayama), mindful movement (asana), and finally, rest (savasana). Improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility while seated or using chair support and learn simple yet powerful techniques to help calm your mind, manage pain, and improve mental clarity.
