Chair Yoga with Lisa

Participate in Chair Yoga most Wednesdays with yoga instructor Lisa. Our upcoming dates are 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30, 8/6, and 8/13. Each class will feature gentle yoga practices designed to be done while seated in a chair. Classes are geared for those seeking a gentle yoga program and for those who may have difficulty getting up and down from the floor.

The instructor will cover a series of seated yoga poses that are designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall physical well-being. Attendees must register for each session and can register for one session or all sessions. This class has no cost for participants, however space is limited for each session.

Before you start this program, it is important to consult a healthcare provider to ensure you do not have any conditions that may be hampered by the exercises done as part of this class. The instructor will have a waiver form that must be completed by participants before the start of each class.  

Please register individually for each session you are planning to attend.
