Exercise with Kristi In-Person

Enjoy this classic exercise class made possible with funding from Friends of the Macedon Public Library.  The class is aimed at people 50 and older who want to have a cardio and strenght workout to keep in shape.  Local exercise trainer, Kristi Jung, has years of experience leading classes and will offer the class.  Participants are advised to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and sneakers.  Bringing water to stay hydrated is also recommended.  As always, check with your doctor before engaging in a new exercise regime.
