Mindfulness for Stress Relief
Feel calmer, release the stress of the day, relax your body, and sleep more soundly! This series will teach you how to release stress and regulate your nervous system through self-awareness, mindfulness practices, and breathing techniques. Learn about the role of the vagus nerve and how to identify nervous system dysregulation. Discover your internal stress responses and how to moderate and self-regulate with simple techniques you can do anywhere. You will also learn to co-regulate for children and others in your day-to-day life and how to move stress through your body instead of internalizing it. Come to a single class or all three.
