When Grief Comes Home for the Holidays
Holidays often magnify grief and loneliness, leaving many feeling “out of step” with the world’s celebrations. This session offers understanding, practical tools, and compassionate guidance
so you can move through the season in a way that honors both your grief and your healing. The 45-minute presentation will be followed by a 45-minute discussion time. A light lunch will be served.
