Adult Chair Yoga

Join Mackenzie, a Kripalu Yoga teacher, wellness educator and energy worker from Sodus, NY for an outdoor, adult, chair yoga classes. Participants will do chair yoga outside in the library parking lot in chairs provided by the library.  All seats will be spaced 6 feet apart. Participants must follow social distancing rules at all times and must wear a face coverings during the class.  Up to 25 participants will be permitted on a first come, first serve basis.  Class will be rescheduled at a later date in the event of rain.
