Qi-Gong Infused Yoga

Starting Monday, May 2, join Dianne Murphy in a gentle yoga session infused with QiGong. Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat/blanket, block if you have one and water. This program will continue on Monday evenings at 5:30pm in the Reading Room.
