Tai Chi for Health

Combining different Tai chi styles, this slow, gentle practice is designed to improve heart/lung function, immunity, strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing stress and lifting your mood. All abilities welcome.  This class is designed for caregivers for those living with memory loss, although everyone is welcome. Registration is required. Please use the link below to register. 

Classes will be approx. 45 minutes and can be done seated/standing or a combination of both. Please wear comfortable clothes & sneakers.
