Wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable shoes to enjoy a workout that will help to improve your balance, strength and flexibility. Gerifit is a video-based program designed by a physical therapist with people age 50 and up in mind. Light weights and stretch bands are integrated into the workout routine.
This is a great way to improve your physical fitness and meet new people. As always, check with your doctor before beginning a new exercise regimen.
